An American Werewolf In London was my all-time favorite movie at this time, so I was obsessed with werewolves and werewolf-like stories in anything. So this in particular was inspired by the were-mole episode of Courage the Cowardly Dog, where I learned more animals could be Were. The story was supposed to be these farm dogs had to deal with were-cows (don't ask me what they turned into, I don't think I ever thought about it that far lmao). I remember asking my dad to write "the moo" because I wasn't confident in my ability to do it myself, but looking at my other handwriting on the page, I think it would have been fine.
Moral of the story: BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!
