Myrmecocystus sp

A honeypot ant species!! I was so excited when I indentified these in the backyard.
They loooooved the sap from some decorative cypress bushes, I saw them climb over a six foot fence to get it. (they could have crawled under, bless them)
I also saw them trapped in some sap from a nearby tree. Future amber!! How long will they be preserved for this time?
